Trevor Platform
User Terms
Version 1.0 · Effective 18th September, 2026
These terms are between Bamboo Marketing Pty Ltd (ABN 33 111 342 486) of 63 Ann Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010, trading as Trevor Services (“Trevor Services”, “Trevor”, “we” or “us”), and each individual who accesses or uses the Trevor Platform (“you”). The “Platform” means the Trevor campaign-administration platform made available at [platform URL], including its interfaces, exports, and related services.
By signing in or using the Platform, you agree to these terms. Your organisation’s commercial relationship with Trevor — fees, project scope, liability — is governed by a separate agreement between Trevor and your organisation. These terms don’t make you personally responsible for your organisation’s commercial obligations; they set the rules for your own use of the Platform.
- Your Authority
You confirm that you’re authorised by your organisation to access the Platform, and that your access has been arranged under an agreement between your organisation and Trevor. If you’re not sure whether you’re authorised, don’t log in — check with your organisation first.
- Your Account
Your account is yours alone. Keep your username and password secure, don’t share them with anyone — including colleagues — and don’t use anyone else’s credentials.
The Platform records user-initiated administrative changes and certain access and security events against your account. If you suspect your credentials have been compromised, or you notice activity on your account that you didn’t perform, tell us immediately at [security contact email].
- What You Can Use the Platform For
The Platform is for campaign administration: viewing and querying entries for your organisation’s campaigns, and updating entrant records where you’re entitled to do so — for example, based on information a consumer has supplied, a fraud review, or a documented instruction from your organisation.
Changes you make are logged per entry against your account, and the record of what changed is available to Trevor and, on reasonable request, to your organisation.
- What You Must Not Do
- Access or attempt to access data belonging to any organisation other than your own.
- Share your credentials or use anyone else’s.
- Extract data by scraping or automated tools outside the export functions you’ve been authorised to use.
- Reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to derive the source code of the Platform.
- Probe, scan, or test the Platform’s security or attempt to bypass access controls, without Trevor’s prior written consent.
- Introduce malicious code, or do anything that interferes with the Platform’s operation or other users’ access.
- Personal Information
The Platform contains personal information about campaign entrants. Handle it lawfully, in accordance with applicable privacy laws, your organisation’s instructions, and the purposes for which you’ve been authorised to access it. Don’t download, copy, or share entrant information except through authorised Platform functions.
- Confidentiality
Information you see in the Platform — entrant records, campaign data, and the Platform itself — is confidential. Don’t disclose it to anyone who isn’t authorised to see it.
- Ownership
The Platform, including its software, design, and workflows, belongs to Trevor. These terms give you a right to use it, not any ownership or licence beyond that use.
- Availability
We keep the Platform running with reasonable care, but we don’t promise uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be notified where practicable.
- Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or close your access if these terms are breached, if your organisation asks us to, if your organisation’s agreement with us ends, or if we reasonably believe your account has been compromised. Where practicable, we’ll tell your organisation when we do.
- Changes to These Terms
If we materially change these terms, you’ll be asked to accept the new version at your next login. The version number and date at the top of this document tell you which version you’re reading.
- Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
